With this blog and vlog, we want to show you how the HydraFacial works and break down the 3 simple steps that make it so effective (and fast!) While we offer longer, more robust HydraFacial treatments with all the extras, our basic service only takes 30 minutes and the results are stunning!
In the first step, your Esthetician will use the HydraFacial vacuum to loosen up dead skin, clogged pores, and cleanse the surface level of your face. The Active-4 serum used in this step will remove dead skin cells to reveal healthy skin. The Glysal, a mixture of glycolic and salicylic acids, will go deeper into the pores and prepare them for the next step.
Now comes the Beta HD serum and intensified suction, which provides extractions and cleansing at a much deeper level. Essentially this part of the process will clean up your T-zone, remove blackheads, and leave your pores clean! At the end of your treatment you will be able to see all the impurities and dead skin that was removed during your treatment. Your skin will get a personalized, targeted boost of nutrients at this point that will aid in hydration and balance.

This month, we are excited to announce the addition of a new treatment option to our Spa and Beauty services: the HydraFacial MD! The HydraFacial MD uses a powerful skin exfoliating technology called hydradermabrasion, which blasts the skin with oxygenated and vitamin-infused water via a wand equipped with a resurfacing tip which also helps to lift off dead skin cells—sort of like giving your face a very gentle but detailed power wash. The wand also has a strong vacuum action, which is called “vortex technology,” that sucks up all the dead skin cells, makeup, oil, and dirt trapped in clogged pores. The pressure from the water combined with the soft scraping of the resurfacing tip and the vacuum suction, make this a very effective yet gentle resurfacing treatment.
